Pandemi Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) menjadi kekhawatiran mengenai potensi kegagalan menyusui eksklusif. Studi ini meninjau penelitian sebelumnya yang menggambarkan upaya dan dukungan eksklusif baik pada ibu dengan COVID-19 maupun tidak. Pencarian literatur secara sistematis dilakukan bulan April-Agustus 2021 menggunakan database yaitu Pubmed Scopus rentang waktu publikasi artikel 2020-2021 serta memenuhi syarat kriteria inklusi. 462 selanjutnya masuk dalam tahap eliminasi hingga hasil akhir 30 untuk full text review. kualitas dinilai Skala Newcastle-Ottawa (NOS).
